    Don’t worry! If you change your mind, we can help. Although most stores prohibit the return of swimsuits, we believe it provides an essential service and makes you feel more comfortable knowing you have the option of a return.

    Please follow the steps below to ensure you can return/exchange your product:

    • Returns/Exchanges should be postmarked and shipped out within a 7 day window of the purchase.
    • Must be in new/original condition: unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, all tags attached, hygienic liners, packaging, boxes, free of make-up stains, and free of odor.
    • Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Any reports provided after the 24 hour time frame, will have to be approved by the Acqua de Luxe return team. 
    • Shipping: customer is responsible for shipping and any exchange rates that relate to your return. Acqua de Luxe is not responsible for shipping, providing tracking information, or covering any lost or stolen packages; this is the customer’s responsibility.
    • For exchanges: we cannot guarantee the desired/same item will be in stock. However, you may simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange for store credit towards new item(s). Your store credit is the original swimsuit price that you paid for. Original shipping charges are at the customer's expenses.
    • Items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Return Processing time: once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Once received, we will inspect the product(s). If we determine the product(s) does not comply with the above rules, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Acqua de Luxe in a timely manner.
