    We offer exchanges and store credit refunds.

    Please follow the steps below to ensure you can return for a store credit or exchange your product:

    Returns/Exchanges should be postmarked and shipped out within 7 days window of purchase.
    Must be in new/original condition: unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, all tags attached, hygienic liners, packaging, boxes, free of make-up stains, and free of odor.
    Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Any reports afterward will be checked by Acqua de Luxe team if the return/ exchange proceed.
    Shipping: customer is responsible for shipping fees to return items to Acqua de Luxe and re-shipping exchanges. Acqua de Luxe is not responsible for shipping, providing tracking information, or covering any lost or stolen packages; this is the customer’s responsibility.
    For exchanges: we cannot guarantee the desired/same item will be in stock. However, you may simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange for store credit towards the new item(s). Your store credit is the swimsuit price. Original shipping charges are the customer's expenses.
    Items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

    Once received, we will inspect the product(s). If we determine the product(s) doesn’t comply with the above rules, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Acqua de Luxe in a timely manner.
